Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://beechyslawncareandlandscaping.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping markets and arranges Lawn Mowing, Weed Control, Aeration, Sod Installation, Tree Trimming. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Beechy’s Lawncare And Landscaping against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by AR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in AR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
